Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

• The operator and seller is Q12M sp. z o.o., ul. Wolska 44 lok. U1, 01-187 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000041918, NIP 527-23-50-047, REGON 017363956, share capital PLN 770,000.00.
• A Customer may be a consumer, a business or another organisation. Mandatory consumer protections, including those for a sole trader acting as a consumer where applicable, remain unaffected.

2. Technical requirements and accounts

• Use requires Internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and essential session storage enabled, and an active email address.
• Customers must provide accurate data, protect account access and must not submit unlawful content, malware, infringe third-party rights or interfere with security or availability.

3. Quotes and contract formation

• Before submitting an order, the Customer can review product parameters, quantity, add-ons, delivery and the displayed net, tax and gross totals.
• An automated calculation is based on the Customer's inputs. Non-standard files, calculation errors or extra work may require a revised quote agreed before production.
• Submitting an order is the Customer's offer. A contract is formed when the Operator confirms acceptance for fulfilment; an automated receipt alone is not acceptance unless expressly stated.

4. Files and production

• The Customer is responsible for the correctness and completeness of content, dimensions, bleed, resolution, fonts and colours. A technical check does not include proofreading, factual, design or legal review.
• The Customer confirms it has all rights and permissions for supplied content, trade marks, likenesses and personal data. Unlawful materials may be refused.
• Technology-standard tolerances and differences between an uncalibrated screen and print are not defects if they remain within the agreed specification or normal process tolerance.

5. Payment, fulfilment and delivery

• Available payment and delivery methods, prices and estimated times are shown during checkout or agreed individually.
• Production time starts once all conditions are met, including order acceptance, correct files or proof approval and advance payment where required.
• The Customer should inspect a delivery and, where possible, record transport damage with the carrier. Failure to do so does not remove a consumer's statutory rights.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. It does not apply to non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in applicable law). Most individually printed products fall within this exception; this is disclosed before ordering.

7. Complaints

• Complaints may be emailed to info@qprint.com.pl or posted to the Operator, with the order number, issue, requested remedy and helpful evidence.
• Consumer complaints are handled under mandatory conformity rules and answered within 14 days. Available remedies include repair or replacement and, where legally available, price reduction or termination.

8. Liability and AI

• The Operator is liable under applicable law and these Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
• For non-consumer Customers, lost-profit liability is excluded and aggregate liability for an order is limited to its net value, except for intentional harm or where such limitation is unlawful.
• AI-generated suggestions are assistive only; the Customer must verify parameters and results before ordering.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

A consumer may use available out-of-court complaint and redress bodies, including Polish consumer ombudsmen and Trade Inspection bodies; information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Participation is voluntary where the law so provides.

10. Changes

• Terms may change for important legal, functional, delivery, payment, security or corporate reasons. Orders remain governed by the version in force when submitted.
